Frederick P. Petrella, CCIM -
President/Managing Director
We
welcome you to our web site and encourage you to see what our company
has to offer. I established Connecticut Realty Group, LLC in 1993
after a ten year career as a real estate practitioner and broker with a national
corporate real estate firm. Upon earning my CCIM designation 1996,
after many years of study and required qualifying experience,
Connecticut Realty Group, LLC became a member of the prestigious
CCIM Institute. Since
then, I have served as CCIM Connecticut Chapter President from 2003 –
2004, and currently serve as the CCIM Institutes First Regional VP for
Region 11 which consists of New England States and New York.
The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate
professionals upon completion of a graduate–level curriculum and
attainment of a significant level of qualifying experience. Real
estate professionals who carrying the CCIM designation, are recognized
experts in the commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset
management, valuation, and investment and market analysis and form a
business affiliation and network encompassing over 1,000 markets
nationwide. It is this network and its resources, which separate
Connecticut Realty Group, LLC as a commercial real estate company of
choice by business owners, company real estate directors and
investors. Feel free to visit our Recent
Transactions, to see a sampling of our successfully completed
